WX Summit
Fatfish Media not only managed the technical production and event planning for WeWork’s WX Summit but also designed a round stage that fostered interaction. With soft seating upfront, group seating in the middle, and standing areas in the back, we created a welcoming, flexible space. We extended the theme throughout the ballroom with custom furniture and décor for a cohesive experience.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
In addition to handling technical production and event planning, Fatfish Media designed and built the stage and scenic environment for WeWork’s WX Summit. The round stage design created an open, inviting atmosphere that encouraged interaction between presenters and attendees. Closer to the stage, we incorporated soft seating for a relaxed session experience, while half-round tables in the middle allowed for note-taking and group seating. At the back, high-top tables provided standing options and vendor showcases. We also coordinated a full ballroom of furniture and décor to extend the theme, crafting a truly unique and engaging environment.

Master Control CKO
Each year, we work with Master Control to produce their commercial kickoff event. Audio, video, and lighting are the ways we got our foot in the industry and have since perfected the art. Master Control's Annual Commercial Kickoff is the manifestation of our expertise when it comes to AV, a show that we are confident will go off without a hitch.
Outdoor Retailer
Fatfish produced a block party for Outdoor Retailer’s return to Salt Lake City, featuring DJs and live performances on our Stageline stage. Despite the winter snow, we handled stage, lighting, and sound seamlessly, creating a festive atmosphere for the event.
